Health Tips:
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Avoid touching your face especially your eyes, nose, and mouth area.
Cough or sneeze in the elbow area of your arm and immediately wash your hands afterwards.
Avoid close contact while out in public and try to maintain a distance of six feet from others.
